Six weeks later, and the game has come to a close. Thank you everyone for joining us on this crazy ride, and we hope you had a good time! Nevertheless, we know we're not perfect; far from it, so we invite you guys to give us some feedback on how it went!

What did you like? What didn't you like? What could we have done better? Are there any other comments you would like to add? Feel free to tell us anything that's been on your mind during this game, and we'll do our best to address it.

PUZZLE IDEA

[The Abyss is under onslaught! It's matter of time before Lucrezia manages to pierce through and reach unfathomable power! Her way to direct the EX energy into the gate is by focusing it through a device placed very close to the Abyss. A quick look shows it's too sturdy to be destroyed, but it seems to require precise calibration. This is your chance!

To a side there's a board with 56 empty panels, surrounded by all sorts of weird additions. Among them there are five steel knobs shaped like suns and moons. There are two coils of cable nearby for you to use.

You must connect the knobs -- moon with moon, and sun with sun with sun, making sure the cables don't overlap or pass through any of the objects on the board while also covering as much of the board with them as possible. An example of connecting two of the knobs!

Once that's done, press the panels that are left empty to ruin the configuration Lucrezia had set! How many panels would that be?

(HEY FELLOW MODS: So, this here is a proposal for puzzle. The idea is to make it only a single puzzle, to be solved after there have been answers of what's going on in Antumbra -- in other words, Lucrezia's turn to be confronted. IC it could be like some keep Lucrezia busy and fighting while the rest mess with that device. By the way, that isn't a definite plan, it's just a scenario for this post's purposes.

I have been thinking and maybe, instead of forcing the players to reach a single correct answer, we could instead make it so the closest their solution get to the answer, the better things go for them, such as for example -- just an example, this is not a definite plan -- the closest they get to the answer the longer it will take for Lucrezia to get it fixed while everyone deals with Rembrandt. Since this puzzle can be difficult, especially if you're not used to puzzles, that may be a good approach.

I was going to make it moon phases themed, but the graphical assets I got for that were...not very good, and trying to fix them didn't help much, so I decided to go for sun and moon theme.

By the way, this is the solution I have. There are 16 empty panels)

IT’S ENDGAME TIME

Five weeks have passed since everyone woke up in Krakow. Five long weeks full of death and two masterminds who believed they would both get away with their goals. Now it is going to be time to fight back – show them it won’t be as easy as they think it is. Better hurry up, because you’re running out of time!

WHAT CAN WE DO?

It’s all about having the right timing! On Monday the Lady will have an announcement for everyone, to be posted at noon. Tuesday to Thursday will be for the characters to do whatever they want, until Friday comes and the final investigation starts! The final trial will be done on Saturday at noon EST, as usual, where you will have the chance to confront the masterminds and strike back, once and for all!

The final investigation will require 3 groups consisting of 3-4 characters each to investigate predetermined locations to gather the information and clues they require. These groups should be decided OOCly based on what time works best for all players involved-- please comment to this post once you’ve decided who will be in what groups. Once the investigation is done, everyone will gather in the same location for the final trial!

Timeslots available for final investigation are as follows: 3 PM EST, 6 PM EST, 9 PM EST. If you’re unable to participate in the final trial, please contact us ASAP via DM/PM. As everyone participating in final trial is one of the conditions for golden end, this is extremely important.

CAN WE WIN?

Of course you can! Victory is possible! You should keep in mind there are several scenarios that could happen according to your actions and performance during the investigation and trial. These scenarios range from a total party kill, to the total defeat of the masterminds. Effort will lead to success! The end you want will be within your grasp!

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO GET THE BEST END?

There are both narrative and OOC requirements. The easy part may be the OOC requirements – your character must be present in the final trial. 12 comments from your character will be required. If all the characters don’t meet this requirement, the best ending possible won’t be possible.
As for narrative requirements, they’re relatively straightforward: any ending that stops the masterminds from reaching their objective will do the trick! Surviving the endgame is important, too. Don’t worry, reaching such an end is definitely possible!

I HAVE A QUESTION!

Go ahead! Ask away, we will answer as soon as possible.

OOC INTRO
